Parcel+Post Expo 2026: Two Stories, One Stand

Parcel+Post Expo 2026: Two Stories, One Stand

Parcel+Post Expo 2026 is a wrap. For two days at ExCeL London, OMNIC's stand C32 brought together operators, retailers and partners from across Europe and beyond, and gave them something to look at, touch and question.
We built the stand around two directions, shown side by side on purpose: parcel lockers and self-service solutions on one side, robotics and warehouse automation on the other. Underneath both runs the same software, Log OS 7.
Parcel Lockers and Self-Service
The new generation of OMNI Post made its debut at the front of the stand. Core and Pro are one machine underneath, with the same frame, the same Log OS and the same service parts. You pick the model for the site, and everything else stays the same.
OMNI Post Core is the node you deploy by the thousand. It runs on battery, solar and grid in any combination, up to 12 months on one battery, so mains power is a backup, never a requirement. The customer collects a parcel with a code on a pin-pad: no app to install, nothing to explain, and it works offline.
OMNI Post Pro is a full touchscreen that lives on a battery and charges below zero. Its multilingual 7–12" screen guides the customer step by step through pickup, drop-off and returns. Printers, readers, cameras and payment terminals plug into ports that are already there, so a site can add services without replacing the locker.

Next to them stood OMNI Hub, a modular locker that brings several everyday services into one unit: parcel cells, chilled and frozen cells for groceries, and vending. And OMNI Drop Off, a self-service point for sending parcels: a touchscreen guides the customer, a scale weighs the parcel, a terminal takes the payment and a printer issues the label and the receipt. The customer arrives with a parcel and leaves with a receipt, without a queue at a counter.
Robotics and Automation
On the other side of the stand, an automated line moved parcels with no human hand on them: a warehouse, a robotic arm, AGVs, a sorting wall and robots. On request, every few minutes, for two days. For many visitors it was the first time they saw machines from storage to delivery work as one line, live rather than on a screen.

What connects the two sides of the stand is Log OS. The same software managed the lockers and the robot line: one order enters the system, and Log OS coordinates every physical step. It is not tied to our hardware, so operators can connect the equipment they already run and add to it over time, without being locked into one vendor.
What's Next
At the conference, Julia Lockman, Junior Partner at OMNIC, spoke on "The Noise of Innovation". Her point: the industry has no shortage of new technology, the hard part is telling what works in daily operation from what only works in a demo. We built our stand on the same principle. Everything on it was running, not rendered.
Over the coming weeks we will share more from London: video walkthroughs of OMNI Post Core and Pro, the robotics line explained step by step, and the conversations Ian Kerr of The Postal Hub recorded on our stand. Subscribe to our newsletter to get them first.
Lockers on the street and robots in the warehouse don't need two different systems. That is what we came to London to show.
