NRF is the largest retail sector conference and expo. NRF 2020 was bigger and busier than ever, held at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City, between January 12 - 14, 2020.
At the heart of NRF Retail Week is NRF 2020: Retail’s Big Show. During this busy week, as many industry leaders, vendors, innovators, financiers, and others from the world of retail gather in NYC to network, learn, exchange ideas, do deals, and showcase new products and services.
It was our chance to unveil OmniHub to the U.S. market and retailers from around the world who had traveled to attend. We were delighted and proud to send a team to exhibit our automated self-serve solution, the OmniHub.
Over 40,000 professionals get involved and visit, including 18,000 retailers, 800 exhibitors, 400 speakers, and attendees from 99 countries. High-profile speakers included the CEOs of Microsoft, Best Buy, Starbucks, Nordstrom, Kohl’s, and numerous others from across the retail sector.
Positive feedback for the OmniHub from NRF 2020
It was an exciting opportunity for us to take several examples of the OmniHub, showcasing what it can do for food retailers and service industry companies (e.g. laundry). We also had a video set-up, to further showcase the product, and the team brought more information for interested parties.
Alongside answering questions from potentially interested parties and leads, our team collected thoughtful insights and outstanding feedback from leading players in the retail sector.
It was a promising and positive expo, and one that could drive forward future growth and expansion into new markets. It also served as a chance to raise the profile of OmniHub, which is something we will be doing throughout 2020.
